Job Title:
Performance Optimization Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of organizational processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Optimization Strategy: Develop and implement performance optimization strategies and initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- KPI Development: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to measure progress, track performance trends, and assess the effectiveness of optimization efforts.
- Datadriven Insights: Utilize data analytics, statistical analysis, and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of performance issues, and leverage insights to inform decisionmaking.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and functions to gain insights, gather feedback, and facilitate alignment on performance optimization initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Lead process improvement projects, facilitate process mapping sessions, and implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Change Management: Drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness, buyin, and adoption of performance optimization initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish mechanisms for ongoing performance monitoring, reporting, and communication to stakeholders, providing visibility into progress, achievements, and areas for further improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in performance optimization, process improvement, or operations management roles.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor performance optimization initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of performance management methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and quality management principles (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Total Quality Management).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
