Job Title:
Performance Optimization Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of organizational processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Optimization Strategy: Develop and implement performance optimization strategies and initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
KPI Development: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to measure progress, track performance trends, and assess the effectiveness of optimization efforts.
Datadriven Insights: Utilize data analytics, statistical analysis, and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of performance issues, and leverage insights to inform decisionmaking.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and functions to gain insights, gather feedback, and facilitate alignment on performance optimization initiatives.
Process Improvement: Lead process improvement projects, facilitate process mapping sessions, and implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency and consistency.
Change Management: Drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness, buyin, and adoption of performance optimization initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish mechanisms for ongoing performance monitoring, reporting, and communication to stakeholders, providing visibility into progress, achievements, and areas for further improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience in performance optimization, process improvement, or operations management roles.
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor performance optimization initiatives within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of performance management methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and quality management principles (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Total Quality Management).
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
