    Job Description:
    We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team.

    The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in computer hardware, software, and networking systems, with a diploma or degree in computer science or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

    As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide first-line support to our clients and internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and resolving any technical issues that arise.


    Main Responsibilities:
    Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
    Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network configuration and system malfunctions.
    Provide prompt and accurate customer feedback, ensuring high levels of customer service.
    Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including incident reports and solutions logs.
    Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, ensuring security and efficiency.
    Train users on new systems, software, and best practices in IT security.
    Coordinate with internal departments to improve IT support processes and user satisfaction.
    Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in computer hardware and networking.
