Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategize, organize, and deliver basketball training sessions following our curriculum and coaching standards.
  • Monitor the development of individual players, providing feedback and necessary interventions when required.
  • Build and maintain professional and positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Ensure that safety guidelines and standards are strictly adhered to during all training sessions and events.
  • Organize, manage, and partake in matches, tournaments, and other basketballcentric events.
  • Stay informed of the latest coaching techniques, drills, and training methodologies.
  • Cooperate seamlessly with fellow coaches, administrative personnel, and other stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Salary: 3000.
  • Transport to sessions is
    not provided.
  • Residency visa provided post probation period.

Requirements:


  • Relevant coaching accreditations.
  • Proven experience as a basketball coach or a comparable role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of basketball techniques, rules, and current trends.
  • Demonstrable leadership and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication capabilities with an aptitude for working with children and young adults.
  • Adaptability to various teaching and coaching techniques tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
  • Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi and work with diverse schedules.
