- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations and support for retail business locations.
- Manage and coordinate repair and maintenance activities to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of store facilities.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring efficient asset utilization and replacement strategies.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize facility performance.
- Maintain a repository of service contracts, track service levels, and ensure vendors are meeting contractual obligations.
- Support the planning and execution of facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create and update facility layouts, schematics, and floor plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to facilities, projects, and real estate activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to facilities management and retail operations.
