Responsible for the day to daygeneral ledger accounting and reporting activities for CorporateReal Estate and The Stores

Preparation andreview of journal entries and balance sheet accountreconciliations
Review of contracts and analysis forlease accounting transactions

Provideanalytical support to the Finance teams for annual AOP andquarterly forecast processes
Analysis and preparation ofmonthly and quarterly P&L and Balance Sheet variance analyses

SOX, government, and tax compliance tasksPreparation of support for annual federal and state income,property, and real estate tax filings
Preparation of10K/10Q related reporting
Ad hoc project work includingthe two aforementioned projects (implementation of new guidance andcentralization projects)


JobSkills
1-4 years of accounting workexperience
SAP knowledge
Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
Strong technical and general accounting knowledge required.
Conversant in relevant accounting guidance regarding leaseaccounting.
Must be able to interact with all levels ofmanagement Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree inBusiness Administration, or a closely related field.
2years minimum (3+ years preferred) of professional analystexperience, including 2 years of project managementexperience.
Strong written, presentation and oralcommunication skills (highly preferred)
Exceptionalabilities in Microsoft Suite of applications Visio, Office (Word,Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, etc. (highly preferred)
Experience with strategy and performance management methodology(preferred)
Knowledge and experience with continuousimprovement methods Lean, Six Sigma, etc.; (preferred)
Or, an equivalent combination of education and experiencesufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of thejob.
