Top GCC Real Estate is seeking a skilled and creative freelance photographer/videographer to capture high-quality images and videos of our real estate properties.

As a vital member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our properties to potential buyers and tenants.

Responsibilities:

Photograph and film real estate properties, including both interior and exterior shots.
Capture the unique features and highlights of each property in a visually appealing manner.
Ensure that all images and videos adhere to the brand guidelines and quality standards of Top GCC Real Estate.
Edit and retouch photos/videos as needed to enhance their overall quality.
Collaborate closely with our marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver content within specified deadlines.
Maintain and organize a digital library of all images and videos for easy access and retrieval.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, with a portfolio showcasing your real estate work.
Proficiency in using photography/videography equipment and editing software.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition and aesthetics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time.
Flexibility to accommodate varying project schedules and timelines.
Access to your own transportation for onsite property visits.
