Parisima Talent is hiring with one of our clients in hospitality, high-end steakhouse restaurant.

Position:
Head Waiter / Waitress

Job location:
Jumeirah, Dubai

Working days / weekly off: 6 Days working / 9 hr shift

Shifts:
Rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
Coordinate and supervise the wait staff team, assigning sections and responsibilities.
Ensure smooth and efficient service by monitoring table turnover and optimizing seating.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Promote additional menu items, suggest wine pairings, and encourage upselling.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
Handle payment transactions accurately and adhere to cash handling procedures.
Train and develop new waitstaff members, providing guidance and feedback.

Job Specifications:

Previous experience as Captain / Head Waiter / Waiter or Waitress.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including specials and wine pairings.
Leadership qualities to effectively supervise and coordinate the waitstaff team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Salary:
AED5,500.00 per month
