A UAE based food manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Kitchen production chef with strong culinary & technical skills to lead the kitchen production.

This role requires the incumbent to have significant experience in managing kitchen operations processing prepared meals, salads, sandwiches etc.

Requirements

  • 12 to 15 years of total experience within kitchen production of which atleast 5 years experience as a kitchen chef /Sous Chef within a medium to large scale ready meals & sandwich processing environment.
  • Experience in recipe development, costing etc.
  • Experience working with multiple cuisines.
  • Qualification in cookery or equivalent.
