    Ourgrowing company needs an experienced and resourceful BusinessDevelopment Manager to develop and implement growth opportunitiesin existing and new Were searching for professionals that have asolid track record of creating long-term value fororganization Abusiness development manager is responsible for researching andpursuing new business leads for the growth of thebusiness. Therole involves active coordination across teams and demandsexceptionalinterpersonalskills.You willbe the front ofthe company and will have the dedication to create and apply aneffective salesstrategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developa growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customersatisfaction.
    • Identifying,qualifying and securing business opportunities; coordinatingbusinessgeneration activitie
    • Understandingclient needs and offering solutions and support; answeringpotential client questions and follow-up call questions; respondingto client requests for proposals(RFPs).
    • Creatinginformative presentations; presenting and delivering information topotential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, tradeshows and conference
    • Collaboratingwith management on sales goals, planning and forecasting,maintaining short-term and long-term business developmentplan
    • Contactingclients to inform them about new developments in the companysservice

    ExperienceRequirements:

    • BAor BS degree with at least 3-5 years direct business developmentexperience
    • Provenworking experience as a business development manager, salesexecutive or a relevant role
    • Experiencewith lead generation and prospect
    • Proventrack record of bringing in new business and a natural ability todrive sale
    • Proficiencyin MS Office and CRM software (,Salesforce)
    • Proficiencyin English
    • Persuasiveand goal-oriented
    • Ableto professionally and confidently communicate with C-LevelExecutives
    • Excellentverbal, written, interpersonal, organizational and time managementskill
