Quanterra Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client looking to expand their team. To be considered for the position, the ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 10 years experience in delivering high-end luxury residential projects.
• Technically strong with qualified Architectural, Interior Design and Engineering background.
• Experience from both contracting and consulting environments would be beneficial but not essential.
• Experience of working autonomously on multiple projects and the capability of managing a small team.
• MRICS professional qualification will be highly desirable.
• Experience of construction management forms of contract as well as design and build.
• Tendering packages and procurement.
• Cost management and budget control.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organised and process driven.
