Job Requirements:
Preparing clients for services such as shampooing hair, massaging the scalp, and applying product to hairConsulting with clients about their desired hair style and recommending appropriate products and procedures to achieve the desired resultsMixing custom solutions of colorants or dyes using an electronic device such as a computer or hand-held machineChecking the color of hair after it has been chemically processed to make sure it matches the desired shadeConducting strand tests to determine how different types of hair will react to various coloring methodsRecommending maintenance procedures such as brushing, shampooing, and conditioning to prevent fading of color over time
