• Core reference Cost per Pc analysis– Actual Vs standard , Cluster review &Consolidation
• Benchmarking Analysis –Provide Actionable insights
• Project ManagementExperience for handling Finance Transformationprojects.
• Bridge between Competency centre& Finance Controller for the costing reporting andstandardisation.
• Cost Audit for SEIPLEntities
• Segment-wise P&L for TemasekReporting & Ensure we meet the agreed Cost + 8% margin(every quarter)
