    JobDescription:

    This position servesas the primary liaison between Digital and Technology (D&T)and Finance departments concerning expenses and analysisrequirements. Responsibilities include accurately recordingdepartmental spending in monthly management accounts trackingexpenditures against budget collaborating with departments onmonthly forecasts maintaining the IT contracts register providingspend advice and analysis assisting in annual budget preparationoverseeing procurement approval processes managing DTD chargebackOpex/Capex budgets and supporting various financial tasks andanalyses.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Manage DTD chargeback Opex/Capexbudgets with accurate trackers andforecasts.
    • Support DTD team in budget planningforecasting and financialresponsibilities.
    • Develop chargeback modelsbased on cost drivers for theme parks and 3rdparties.
    • Ensure correct GL codes forD&T purchase requisitions and manage related financialprocesses.
    • Review and close openD&Trelated purchase ordersmonthly.
    • Issue monthly D&T chargebackinvoices to tenants including ThemeParks.
    • Coordinate budget transfers and crosscharges with approvals and timelyinvoicing.
    • Prepare shared services departmentalopex schedules and track vs budgets.
    • Assist inmonthly shared services allocations monthend tasks and forecastpreparations.
    • Support Finance in costallocation models and financial analysis for businessneeds.
    • Liaise with auditors and ensurecompliance with financial practices withinDTD.
    • Review DTDrelated contracts for adherenceto financial responsibilities.
    • Ensurecompliance with delegation of authority in DTDrelatedmatters.
    • Collaborate across the organization toimprove systems processes and reports.
    • AssistGeneral Ledger team with monthend activities.

    Qualifications:

    Essential:

    • Bachelorsdegree.
    • Comprehensive understanding ofaccounting and corporate finance.
    • Experiencecollaborating with senior team members.

    Desirable:

    • ACCA/CMA/CIMA/CPA/ICWAqualifications.
    • Experience in a functioning DTDdepartment.

    Years ofExperience:

    Essential:

    • Minimum 5 years in Finance.

    Desirable:

    • Experience in largeorganizations.

    • Proficiency with Oracle Fusion ERPApplication.
