    Description

    Realizing / securing a pre agreed, budgeted turnover of sales in UAE / GCC

    Responsible for turnover, % and target Margin.

    Actively build, develop and explore the relevant business networks (Commercial agents, FM, design and build, main contractor and A&D)

    Coordination and being responsible for cross boarder international tenders

    Produce presentations and assist in the production of quotes relating to opportunities.

    Generate and research market intelligence and the avenues to secure successful levels of business in the target markets.

    Key person responsible for developing supply / logistics networks within the target markets (with Management assistance)

    Report weekly on activity, opportunities and personal proactive sales actions.

    Conduct and manage meetings with key sales targets.

    Develop and maintain relevant market databases.

    Successfully network within target markets.

    Focus on predefined hunting accounts and work on multi-year contract relations

    Following Group HR policy and guidelines

    Providing input and exchange: competition, product development, etc.

    Undertake any reasonable requests made by the Managing Director.
