    POSITIONOVERVIEW:

    The Product Analyst will bean extension of the Product Strategy team within the highperforming and extremely nimble Ads Monetisation and Platformsorganisation. The candidate should be highly analytical likes tobuild datadriven solutions to improve processes and drivingproduct. This role will be key to analysing product performancetrends and work in tandem with the product market team to formulatedirection of product strategy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work directly with product marketing managersto size potential impact of problemstosolve for our business aroundthe globe.
    • Measure and visualise theeffectiveness of product effectiveness and updates.
    • Data ownership: Design and implement reporting dashboardsand the associated data pipeline to deliver insights and enhancethe workflows of internal teams.
    • Leveragesyndicated 3rd party research services and 1st party internalsystems to compile synthesise and turnaround rapid insightscollateral to meet inbound requests.
    • Carry outmetaanalysis and aggregate studies to prove TikToks value to brandand performance advertisers.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Relevant bachelors degree in a business fieldwith a focus on quantitative or research methods; graduate degreesin a science mathematics operations business digital marketingbehavioural psychology or surveybased research methods is aplus.
    • Proficiency in SQL.
    • Proficiency in R SAS SPSS or similar data analyticaltools.
    • 5 years of relevant workingexperience.
    • Experience partnering withbusiness and used data to influence stakeholders in a matrixedorganisation.
    • Ability to conduct rigorousanalysis and communicate conclusions to both technical andnontechnical audiences.
    • Experience leveragingvisualisation tools in their daytoday work (Tableau PowerBI orsimilar).

    PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:

    • Mastersdegree in data analytics related fields.
    • Working in media and/or advertisingenvironment.
    • Ability to work crossfunctionallywith multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationshipbuilding collaboration negotiation and influence skills.
