Description

A Back Office Executive is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the front office staff of an organization.

They are responsible for maintaining records, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and performing other office duties as assigned.


Back Office Executive Job Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate party
  • Managing schedules and appointments
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Processing orders and returns
  • Managing office supplies

Objectives

  • To manage and coordinate all activities in the back office, including but not limited to, customer service, data entry, and order processing.
  • To ensure that all back office operations are running smoothly and efficiently at all times.
  • To provide exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • To maintain accurate records of all back office transactions and activities.
  • To contribute to the continuous improvement of back office processes and procedures.

Pay:
