    • Product Strategy andPlanning:
      • Conduct market research and analysisto identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitivelandscape related to health data management andapplications.
      • Define and communicate theproduct vision, strategy, and roadmap for health data exchange,claims exchange, common data models, and clinical registries andintegration of these solutions into a single portal for theprovider.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders toprioritize features, enhancements, and product initiatives based oncustomer feedback, market demands, and businessgoals.
      • Monitor and analyse key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas forimprovement.
    • ProductDevelopment and Management:
      • Work closely withengineering and design teams to translate product requirements intoactionable development plans.
      • Define userstories, specifications, and acceptance criteria for new featuresand enhancements.
      • Drive the agile developmentprocess, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releasemanagement.
      • Ensure compatibility andintegration of clinical vocabularies, such as ICD-10, CPT, LOINC,and coding standards into the product's datamodel.
      • Collaborate with technical teams toensure compliance with healthcare data standards, privacyregulations, and security requirements.
      • Managethe integration of the product with external systems, includinginteroperability with various healthcare applications and vendorsolutions.
    • VendorManagement and RFP Process:
      • Evaluate and selectvendors to meet specific product requirements and businessneeds.
      • Collaborate with procurement and legalteams to develop and manage the request for proposal (RFP) processfor vendor selection.
      • Coordinate vendorevaluations, negotiations, and contract reviews to ensuresuccessful partnerships.
      • Monitor vendorperformance and manage relationships to ensure product deliverablesare met according to agreed-upon timelines and qualitystandards.
    • SystemIntegration:
      • Collaborate with internal andexternal stakeholders to identify integration needs and definesystem integration requirements.
      • Oversee theplanning, implementation, and testing of system integrationprojects, ensuring smooth and efficient data exchange acrosssystems.
      • Troubleshoot integration issues,identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensureseamless system interoperability.
      • Stayup-to-date with industry standards and best practices for systemintegration, interoperability, and dataexchange.
    • Cross-functionalCollaboration:
      • Collaborate with sales andmarketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, productmessaging, and sales enablementmaterials.
      • Support the sales process byproviding product demonstrations, training, and technical expertiseto customers and internal stakeholders.
      • Workclosely with customer success and support teams to gather customerfeedback, address issues, and drive customersatisfaction.
      • Foster strong relationships withkey stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, andindustry partners, to understand their needs and align productstrategies accordingly.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in arelated field (e.g., Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics,Business Administration). Advanced degreepreferred.
    • Proven experience (5 years) as aProduct Manager in the healthcare technology or data managementindustry preferably on provider facingsolutions.
    • In-depth knowledge of health datastandards, such as HL7, FHIR, CDA, and regulatory frameworks,including HIPAA and GDPR.
    • Strong understandingof health information exchange (HIE) principles, claims exchangeprocesses, common data models, and clinicalregistries.
    • Familiarity with clinicalvocabularies and coding systems, including ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, andcoding guidelines.
    • Experience in revenue cyclemanagement, including billing, coding, and reimbursementprocesses.
    • Demonstrated experience working withmultiple vendors, managing the RFP process, and vendorrelationships.
    • Proven track record in systemintegration and interoperability, with the ability to navigatecomplex data exchange environments.
    • Familiaritywith software development methodologies, Agile frameworks, andproduct management tools.
    • Excellent analyticaland problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complexrequirements into actionable productplans.
    • Strong communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams and influencestakeholders.
    • Passion for healthcaretechnology, data interoperability, revenue optimization, andimproving patient outcomes.
