    Your duties and responsibilities will include:
    Lead the development of advanced PUR formulations specifically for footwear applications, considering factors such as comfort, durability, and environmental impactProvide technical assistance and consultation to footwear manufacturers, ensuring the PUR systems meet their specific requirements for performance and qualityHandle and resolve customer complaints related to footwear applications, maintaining detailed documentation in our databaseCollaborate closely with R&D and quality control departments to define product specifications and ensure compliance with international footwear standardsGuide production and quality control teams in adjusting processes to align with footwear product specificationsDrive innovation by evaluating new raw materials and technologies for footwear applications, from initial concept through to final customer approvalDeliver technical presentations and safety talks to customers, focusing on the safe handling and application of our chemicals in footwear manufacturingDevelop strategies to optimize inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods specific to the footwear segmentReport to the Head of Technical ServiceTo be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field, with a strong focus on polyurethane technologyAt least 5 years of relevant experience in polyurethane systems development, specifically for the footwear industryIn-depth knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and materials in footwear manufacturingExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional European language skills would be an added valueExcellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to qualityCustomer- and business-oriented way of thinkingStrong communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers and internal teamsAbility to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProactive, self-organized and independent personality with the ability to multi-task
