What You Will Do

Associate Service Engineer – is a key role reporting directly to Ops Team Leader. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing technical support which includes maintenance & trouble shooting of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System. You will be running all the day to day technical system errors and issues and preparing technical and service report for the review of Service Engineer/Ops team leader.
How You Will Do

As an Associate Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System as per the scope of work and to ensure all the maintenance activities are carried out as per the standard guideline provided to you in the form of procedure and checklist. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance program of each system as per the approved schedule. Preparing field service report along with applicable checklists. Reporting to Service Engineer/Ops Team Leader for all the technical concerns and status on daily basis. Maintaining daily service log. Handling the Technicians under you efficiently to complete the task on timely manner. Supporting the Service Engineer for all the technical concerns raised by the customer.

What we look for

Required

• Diploma or Degree, preferably in Electrical/Electronics

• Minimum 1 year of work experience or internship experience in Engineering field

• In-depth Knowledge in Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting system maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Possess team attitude and self-starting work ethics with minimal direction.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, Independent and open minded

• Ability and desire to find technically efficient solutions
