    Description

    This is a remote position.

    Job Description

    1. The current job scope is 80% recruitment, and 20% HR generalist.

    2. Create and Maintain job descriptions and job specifications

    3. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

    4. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications

    5. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.

    6. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

    7. Perform reference checks as needed

    8. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

    9. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

    1 Other ad hoc duties as assigned - Onboard new hires, Handle Attendance and Leave Management, Employee Engagement, Separation Management

    11. Updating reports as and when it is required

    Qualifications

    1. Education: minimum MBA or related to Human Resources

    2. Minimum 4 years experience in recruitment and HR generalist. Minimum of 2 years worked in IT recruitment.

    3. Good Exposure in IT recruitment Mandatory

    4. Experience in handling HR Life cycle.

    5. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

    6. Excellent organizational and time management skills

    7. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

    8. Hands-on experience with various interview format
