Services Architecture Expert – SAP Cloud Application Services

SAP Cloud Application Services is growing, and we are looking for a Services Architecture Expert who is ready to shape how customers run, operate, and continuously improve their SAP cloud environments.

What You Will Do

As a Services Architecture Expert, you will work with Sales leaders and global partners to shape customer requirements into clear, compelling, and scalable managed service solutions.

You will lead customer workshops, define delivery models, build pricing approaches, and ensure every solution aligns with customer expectations and SAP's delivery capabilities.

You will engage in strategic deals, support RFPs, build value propositions, and help customers understand how SAP Cloud Application Services transforms the RUN phase of their cloud lifecycle.

This is a customer facing, solution focused role with broad visibility and high business impact.

What You Bring

• Strong expertise in SAP solutions or similar cloud vendor environments
• Experience in managed services, presales, solutioning, service advisory or consulting
• Ability to lead customer discussions and present complex service concepts with clarity
• Experience building proposals, shaping RFP responses and contributing to commercial offers
• ITIL certification required; PMP a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate across virtual and global teams
• Analytical, creative, and solution oriented mindset
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience
