    • Product Areas: Leading the productarea for Careem's Advertising division with end to endownership of the user and partner experience to drive growth whileenabling success of the business model
    • Strategy& Vision: Developing the strategy and vision for the adsworkstream, working closely with the markets, different lines ofbusiness, product managers, data scientist, analytics, designersand engineers.
    • Roadmap: Building and drivingthe roadmap and being accountable for the impact andoutcome.
    • Collaboration: Working closely withvertical teams to enable cross cutting experiences, as well ascollaborating on the partner value proposition into a unifiedplatform for all Careem business partners (e.g. restaurants,brands, stores, tenants etc.)
    • Thoughtleadership : Setting up the operating model for ads sales, workingclosely with the commercial teams
    • StakeholderManagement: Shielding the team and managing stakeholders, bringingstability and principled framework for decision making andprioritization.
    • Team Development: Managing,growing, and mentoring the Partner Platform product teammembers.
    • Culture of Impact and Shooting for theMoon: Responsible for growing a best in class team, guided by firstprinciples from science and economics, grounded by data, iteratingfast with experimentation and compounding improvements, andconstantly pushing the envelope through 10x ideas andpilots.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of product managementexperience in customer-facing, B2B or SaaS products on a globalscale across a mix of 0 to 1 products and scalinggrowth
    • Clear evidence of unlocking crazy,product-led growth in the B2B/B2B2C space e.g. Marketplaces,e-commerce, quick commerce (food, grocery delivery), urbanmobility, SuperApps, fin-tech orsimilar
    • Technical background preferred,experience with building advertising products, or scalingadvertising businesses is a plus
    • Platformmindset — experience in building scalable and flexiblesolutions that enable a variety ofuse-cases
    • Champion in product management bestpractices and working in empowered product teams that deliver greatoutcomes for customers
    • You facilitatethoughtful and constructive conversations between members of yourteam, as well as with other members of leadership and seniorexecutives
    • Excellent collaboration andinfluencing skills
    • Impact driven withexperimentation and simulation mindset, with experience in commonpitfalls and avoiding being fooled byrandomness.
    • Proactiveness and clarity inunblocking and managing cross-vertical and cross-functionaldependencies and communication.
