Provide onsite support to Business Units for assigned incidents.
Deliver support and advice for Facilities Management/Office Servicesregarding office move planning.
Support Hardware and Software asset management/tracking/auditing for devices not connected to the network and according to global processes.
Deliver server housing support, management and LAN cabling troubleshooting.


Job Requirements:

Ability to work in a matrix organizationMinimum of 5+ years of proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.

BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fieldAbility to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
