    Description

    We're seeking for Automotive Parts Advisor , who can Assist in receiving incoming shipments carrying proper receiving procedure provided , perform tasks as maybe assigned. Including but not limited to any warehouse operations such as receiving, identifying, storing, distributing, inventory, picking, packing and shipping materials, supplies, components and equipment in the most efficient manner complying with company policies and procedures.

    Role and Responsibilities for the Job Title Role:

    • Assisting the workshop in case of issues with parts or other enquiries
    • Coordinate with the workshop in order to identify the correct parts required from the parts catalogues by assessing the type of vehicle and its use
    • Enquire about parts requested by workshop from the suppliers; assisting the workshop in case of issues with parts or other enquiries
    • Request for quotations from the suppliers in order to provide the customer with the best prices
    • Coordinate with the workshop controller and service advisors on status of parts, its availability, quotation, order, arrival and ensure timely progress update of vehicle to customers
    • Create estimates as required by the technicians and advisors
    • Order inventory and special-order parts for jobs
    • Ensure that invoices/credits are properly and accurately raised for goods supplied or returned
    • Examine received parts for defects, and exchange defective parts for credit note from supplier
    • Identify the correct parts required from the parts catalogues by assessing the type of vehicle and its use
    • Issue parts for all confirmed sales orders and generate invoice on confirmation of payment
    • Documenting and reporting the condition of parts received notifying any relevant party of damage or concerns
    • Track inventory, reorder inventory, and special-order inventory as needed
    • Monitor inventory within the parts system, communicate parts updates and availability with relevant team members

    Requirements:-

    • Must be organized and punctual.
    • Well-presented and professional.
    • Graduate qualification or equivalent.
    • Previous Automotive Industry
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Minimum 3-5 Years' Experience in Automotive.
