Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative young individual to join our team as a Social Media / Digital Marketing Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns and creating engaging content for various platforms.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Plan, create, and schedule social media campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Create compelling and relevant content for social media platforms, including written posts, captions, graphics, images, and videos.
  • Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and engaging social media presence.
  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for social media posts that align with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts.

Requirements:


  • At least 2+ years proven work experience as a social media / digital marketing coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Snapchat, Whatsapp, Telegram and with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content. Strong creative abilities and develop unique ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in multimedia content creation, including image editing, video editing, and graphic design.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator or in Figma is an advantage
  • Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze social media metrics and derive insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, design and sales.
  • Proactive in exploring new social media trends, features, and tools to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/ SEM principles and keyword optimization is an advantage.
