Our client, one of GreaterManchesters leading law firms, are seeking fee earners to enforcesettlement agreements and ensure work is carried out following thesettlement of their disrepair claim. This role is vital for ourclient as it ensures the highest possible standard of client care.

Thisis an excellent opportunity to enter housing litigation for thosefrom a wider litigation background such as Personal Injury orCredit Hire. Advocacy experience would be a major asset as wouldmanagement experience.

Requirements

Toliaise with clients and ensure agreed work is carriedout.

Toarrange post inspection of theproperty

Totake witness statements wherenecessary

Toundertake part 8 proceedings and / or applications for breach ofagreement

6years volume litigation experience (Grade C andabove)
