- Support the business unit duringmanpower planning and scheduling
- Contribute tothe development of a Hiring Plan for different brands to fulfilbudgeted manpower requirements
- Providesproactive insights to what the market looks like during thestrategic planning stage
- Manage end to endsourcing solutions (attract, source, select and integrate) throughunderstanding business needs and growthplans.
- Drive a proactive fulfilment of manpowerbusiness requirements through developing extensive network in themarket.
- Develop relationship with externaltalent to ensure a proactive approach towards business talentacquisition pipeline.
- Support business unitswith appropriate assessment tools to attract, source and select theright talent.
- Facilitate and record activitiesand results and ensure results are used in a comparative fashion toguarantee merit based decisions are taken oncandidates
- Efficiently use different tools suchas Sniperhire (ATS), social media, jobboards
- Plan and conduct assessment centres/open days to identify suitable candidates for thebusiness
- Plan and develop Talent Pools for thebusiness in order to meet the requirements of the HiringPlan
- Use the right interviewing skills to matchcandidates profiles with businessrequirements
- Ensure right referencing iscompleted before selecting the finalcandidate
- Manage offers and ensure they are inline with business manpower budgets and internal total rewardspolicies
