Ensuring all products at the outlet are within expiry date. Ensuring expired products are dealt with as per PCW Standard's

Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties

Assuming responsibility for the speed of service

Ensure clear and effective communication with the other crew members regarding order requirements, timings and any low or out-of-stock items (85/86) to ensure we exceed customer service delivery expectations.

Chai preparation as per PCW standard

Understand and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including specified timeframes for all preparation, build and delivery to the customer.

Carefully review pending take-away/dine in-store/delivery items against orders to ensure accurate orders are dispatched to the correct customer.

Have a detailed knowledge of the menu, combination recommendations and the pricing structure and be able to assist guests with their choices.

Be able to recommend additional items for purchase (drinks, side-orders, meal deals etc.)

Receive Guest feedback (compliments, comments or complaints) and hand-over to the manager-on-duty for further prompt communication
