Hiring Cutomer service representative for our facility.

A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.


Responsibilities:

A Call Center Representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls, and electronic communications.


Requirements:


Qualifications:


  • Strong command of the English and Arabic language
  • Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge

Required skills to be successful

  • 2years' experience in Customer Service preferably in a healthcare industry
  • Strong communications skills
  • Knowledge of Computer management system
  • Experience with Inbound and Outbound documentation
  • Multilingual English and Arabic

Salary:
From AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 17/03/2023
