Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Project Lead to oversee all project operations from inception to execution. You will Report to the Project Director.


Responsibilities;

• Analyze requirements, prepare project plan, and track project execution.
• Be able to convert business requirements to technical specifications.
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones. Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
• Hold regular meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables and keep management updated on the same.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
• Proactively escalate and highlight road blocks to management
• Provide technical assistance to developers and work with "will make it happen" attitude.

Qualification;
Master's Degree


Skills sets required;

• 3 Years of current experience in leading and managing a software development technical team.
• Demonstrates understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience in mentoring and coaching skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decisionmaking and supervising development teams
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively headoff obstacles
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Excellent computer literacy skills specifically on using ms office tools.
• Ability to problemsolve under pressure.
• Extensive attention to detail on all technical deliveries.
• Ability to deal with constantly changing technology
• Ensure quality aspects in terms of code review, unit tests and standardization are implemented on the project and followed properly.
• Ensure process set for development are understood & followed by the team.

Technical skills sets required;

• Hands on experience working on internet technologies such as HTML5, JavaScripts, VueJS, PHP and databases.
• Laravel development experience is a must and should be able to code when required.
• Experience working on some of these frameworks will be added advantage. Zend Framework, CodeIgniter etc.
• Hands on experience working on various CMS like, Wordpress, Joomla etc.
• Hands on experience working on multilingual, responsive and adaptive websites is a must
• Experience in writing technical specifications, cms user manuals and taking CMS training sessions.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Github, Bitbucket etc.

Salary:
AED9, AED12,000.00 per month
