    Product Development andRoadmap:

    • Lead theproduct development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuringtimely delivery of features and functionalities that enhance userexperiences
    • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and data analytics,IT and Development teams. to define and prioritize productfeatures
    • Create and manage a comprehensiveproduct roadmap, aligning it with business priorities and customerneeds

    User Experience and ConversionOptimization:

    • Championcustomer-centric design principles to optimize the user experienceacross all digital touchpoints
    • Utilizedata-driven insights and user feedback to identify areas forimprovement and implement A/B testing strategies to increaseconversion rates

    Analytics and PerformanceTracking:

    • EstablishKPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of productinitiatives, providing regular reports tostakeholders
    • Use data-driven analysis to informdecision-making, monitor product performance, and identify areasfor optimization

    Team work andDevelopment:

    • Work witha team of product managers, UX/UI designers, and otherproduct-related specialists, fostering a collaborative andinnovative work environment
    • Provide guidance,support, and professional development opportunities to ensure theteam's continuous growth andsuccess

    StakeholderManagement:

    • Collaboratewith senior management and cross-functional teams to ensurealignment of product strategies with overall businessobjectives
    • Effectively communicate productupdates, progress, and challenges to key stakeholders at regularintervals

    Base Requirement: 3+years in a similar Product ManagementRole

    MinimumExperience and Knowledge:

    • Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science,or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Proven trackrecord of at least 3-5 years in product management, withsignificant experience in ecommerce and digitalplatforms.
    • Strong understanding of ecommercebusiness models, customer behavior, and market dynamics in theMiddle East
    • Demonstrated success in developingand executing product strategies that drive growth and increasecustomer satisfaction.
    • Excellent analyticalskills with a data-driven approach todecision-making.
    • Exceptional communicationskills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectivelyacross all levels of the organization.
    • Abilityto thrive in a rapidly changing, high-pressure environment whilemaintaining a focus on deliveringresults.

    Job-SpecificSkills:

    • Experience inleading product in a multinational retail & ecommerceorganization
    • Experience intore-platforming
    • SFCC experience would be aplus
    • Experience with Algolia ispreferred
