- Lead theproduct development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuringtimely delivery of features and functionalities that enhance userexperiences
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and data analytics,IT and Development teams. to define and prioritize productfeatures
- Create and manage a comprehensiveproduct roadmap, aligning it with business priorities and customerneeds

- Effectively communicate productupdates, progress, and challenges to key stakeholders at regularintervals
- Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science,or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven trackrecord of at least 3-5 years in product management, withsignificant experience in ecommerce and digitalplatforms.
- Strong understanding of ecommercebusiness models, customer behavior, and market dynamics in theMiddle East
- Demonstrated success in developingand executing product strategies that drive growth and increasecustomer satisfaction.
- Excellent analyticalskills with a data-driven approach todecision-making.
- Exceptional communicationskills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectivelyacross all levels of the organization.
- Abilityto thrive in a rapidly changing, high-pressure environment whilemaintaining a focus on deliveringresults.
- Experience inleading product in a multinational retail & ecommerceorganization
- Experience intore-platforming
- SFCC experience would be aplus
