    A Master's degree in science oragricultural.
    6+ years of experience in qualitymanagement and Inspections.
    Certification in qualitycontrol will be a strong advantage.
    Experience inbusiness administration may be advantage.
    Strongattention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadershipskills.
    In-depth knowledge of quality control proceduresand regulatory standards.
    Strong knowledge ofmathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
    Training in environmental monitoring and auditing will beappreciated.
    Excellent communication and listeningskills.
    Good technical and IT skills.


    Quality Control Manager Responsibilities/Duties:
    A Quality Control Manager (State Head) -Supervises staff and oversees
    Inspection procedures toensure that commodities meet quality standards.
    The
    quality control manager will also work with clients toensure the needs and
    requirements.
    Manage andsupervise laboratory, Inspection and other operationalQC
    activities.
    Direct leadership of the siteoperational QA employee
    Identifies and sets appropriatequality standards and parametersfor
    Commodities.
    Communicates quality standardsand parameters to QA team and other
    appropriate staff.
    Coordinates Commodity testing processes.
    Develops,implements, and manages processes to ensurerequired
    specifications for quality, function, andreliability prior to issue Quality
    Reports.
    Method Validation of instruments, Review SOPs & STPs,etc.
    Participates in Commodity testing.

    Identifies and analyzes issues, defects, and otherproblems, particularly
    when problems recur in multiplecommodities; recommends and
    facilitates solutions to theseissues.
    Reviews client, customer, and userfeedback.
    Maintains compliance with federal, state,local, and organizational laws,
    regulations, guidelines,and policies.
    Ensuring legal obligations are followed andensuring compliance with
    regulatory bodies and with healthand safety guidelines.
    Performs other duties asassigned.
