- Key Account Management: Developstrong long-lasting relationships as the main point of contact. Youare responsible for Key restaurant partners engagement andsatisfaction.
- Growth: You are responsible fordriving business growth of Accounts and improving on theircommercial and operationalperformance
- Analysis: Analyze data on accountsperformance and quantify your actions. All decisions should bebacked up by data to improve performance of keyaccounts.
- Performance Meetings: You completemerchant performance reviews monthly and draw out nextmonth's plans based on what wasdiscussed.
- Partner with internal teams: Workclosely with internal stakeholders and supply, merchant andcustomer domains to ensure meeting growth objectives.

- Previous experience inAccount Management and Commercialroles
- Excellent attention to detail, peopleskills and organization skills.
- Ability tocreate and maintain relationships
- Strongproblem solving skills and comfortable analyzingdata
- Demonstrate experience using MicrosoftOffice tools and related project/program management applications todrive best practice
- You must be a self-starteras we'll look for you to manage your own time andpriorities here.
