Additionally, the Manager will be overseeing and validating all document and deliverables that must be produced in Arabic.
Job Responsibilities

Support the design and implementation of efficient workflows for the ECD Authority in close collaboration with the remaining ECD Authority functionsSupport senior management to drive, develop and implement function key performance indicators (KPIs) for ECD Operational Excellence.

Deliver ECD Authority performance improvement and quality management reviews, projects and initiativesDeliver all ECDA client documentation and guides, deliverables and other official documentation including ArabicManage Arabic translation provider to ensure all deliverables are completed to the required standard

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or related fieldDemonstrate strong project planning and organisation skillsKnowledge and experience of Operational Excellence conceptsKnowledge of UAE Freezone ServicesFlexible attitude and being able to adapt to rapid change
