Al Zaabi Group, a leading name in the automobile industry, is excited to announce the opening of our new premium car garage in the UAE.

As we expand our services, we are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts Advisor to join our dedicated team.


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting customers and mechanics in identifying and sourcing the correct parts and accessories for premium and exotic cars.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately addressing parts inquiries and requests.
  • Utilizing electronic parts catalogs and inventory management systems to locate and order parts efficiently.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered parts.
  • Verifying and inspecting received parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Advising customers on the availability of parts and providing cost estimates for repairs or replacements.
  • Assisting in the organization and management of the parts department.
  • Keeping uptodate with the latest parts and accessories for luxury car models.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in a premium/exotic car workshop/garage.
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive parts and accessories for luxury car models.
  • Familiarity with electronic parts catalogs and inventory management systems.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
