E-commerce Expertise:A strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including online store management, inventory control, product listings, and order processing
IT Skills:
Proficiency in various IT tools and software used in e-commerce, such as e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), content management systems (CMS), and data analytics tools.
Warehouse Operations:
Experience in warehouse management, including inventory control, stock management, picking and packing processes, quality control, and compliance with safety and industry standards
Last-Mile Delivery:
Understanding of last-mile delivery logistics, including route optimization, courier management, tracking systems, and customer communication. Knowledge of the challenges and solutions related to the final stage of delivery.
Ability to integrate various technologies and software solutions to streamline e-commerce operations.
