Job Description:

Greet guests as they arrive, take and confirm reservations, as well as manage walk-in customers to balance table availability.
Ensure that guests coming in are wearing the appropriate dress code, check IDs, and denying entry to individuals without authorization.
Oversee waitlists during busy periods and provide estimated wait times to guests to maintain orderly guest flow.
Lead the host/hostess team, training, and support as well as managing the schedule shifts and staffing levels.
Monitor the security of the vicinity both indoors and outdoors
