Estimator - Fit OutA leading fit out organization in Dubai seeks to hire an Estimator for their Interior Fit-out Division.

you will be joining them as they expand and pull in two project worth AED100 Million.
Responsible for estimation processPrepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documentsIdentifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documentsComputes costs by analyzing labour, material, and time requirementsPresents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive informationPrepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsMaintains cost data base by entering and backing up dataUnderstanding drawings and joinery technical issuesVisiting sites to gather information needed

Estimating, MS Excel, MS Project will be advantage. AutoCAD will be advantage.
Technical as joinery or civilExcel MS Project AutoCAD EstimatingHaving an extensive work experience in interior designing and fit outAble to communicate clearly and demonstrate his design concept to clientsWith a strong and excellent presentation skillsKnowledgeable in project managementSelf-motivated and able to meet deadlines
