    We areseeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to champion our RTTSchools Programme focusing on empowering students while aligningwith teachersobjectives.

    PositionOverview

    As the BusinessDevelopment Manager for Educational Wellness Solutions you willspearhead our expansion into educational settings with a focus onDubai and the broader GCC region. Reporting to the Chairman youwill lead strategic initiatives to introduce our RTT SchoolsProgramme to key stakeholders in educational settings fosteringpartnerships and delivering transformative wellness solutionstailored forstudents.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Developand execute strategic business plans to position Marisa Peer as aleading provider of wellness solutions in educational settingstargeting schools in Dubai and the GCCregion.
    • Conduct comprehensive market researchto identify target educational institutions and understand theircurriculum goals regarding students selfawareness andselfdevelopment.
    • Cultivate relationships withschool administrators teachers and education authorities toadvocate for the implementation of our RTT Schools Programmealigning with teachers objectives for studentgrowth.
    • Lead contract negotiations witheducational institutions ensuring alignment on terms pricing anddeliverables and overseeing the documentation process forcompliance and efficiency.
    • Collaborate withinternal teams to customise wellness offerings for studentsaddressing their specific needs for selfawareness andselfdevelopment within the curriculumframework.
    • Stay informed about educationaltrends curriculum developments and regulatory requirements in theGCC region leveraging insights to enhance our offerings andmaintain a competitive edge.
    • Represent MarisaPeer at educational conferences seminars and networking events toshowcase our expertise in wellness solutions for students andestablish strategicpartnerships.

    Skills&Requirements

    • Minimum 5years of experience in business development sales or accountmanagement preferably within the educationalsector.
    • Familiarity with the educationallandscape in Dubai and the GCC region with an understanding ofteachers curriculum goals and workloads
    • Strongnegotiation skills and experience in managing contracts with theability to articulate the benefits of the RTT Schools Programme forstudents to educationalstakeholders.
    • Experience of working withgovernment departments is helpful but notessential
    • Resultsoriented mindset with a proventrack record of meeting sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
    • Selfmotivated and proactive approach toidentifying opportunities solving problems and driving initiativesforward.
    • Ability to work effectively in aremote setting collaborating with crossfunctional teams andadapting to evolving businesspriorities.
    • Fluency in English isrequired.
