• Manage company online reputation.
• Drive the social media campaigns that increased overall engagement rate and sentiment.
• Ensure the company website and social media accounts up to date and always in good shape with fresh content.
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Conceptualize, create and lead the implementation of compelling content and programs across various social platforms that engages and communicates effectively with our audience.
• Establish and execute strategic social strategies and campaigns for new product/service launches and brand partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Internal team on branding events.
• Prepare and present reports that demonstrate results and contribution to engagement, reach, influence, and business growth.

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of advertising, marketing and digital media.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing/ digital marketing (50% Creative 50% Technical).
• Wellversed in digital media and social media metrics and monitoring tools
• Strong understanding of the online brand building strategy and process.
• Advanced understanding of graphic design/editing tools such as photoshop, illustrator, and video editing technicality.
• Knowledge and experience in social media paid to advertise.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any relevant area
