Position: Private Equity Intern

Responsibilities:

As a Private Equity Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of professionals in various aspects of our operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Diary Organization:

• Efficiently organize and manage the diaries of key team members, facilitating smooth scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.

1. Deal Analysis:

• Conduct thorough analysis on potential investment opportunities, focusing on global companies in special situations.

1. Organizational Charts:

• Create comprehensive organizational charts for target companies, aiding in understanding corporate structures and key stakeholders.

1. Research and Reporting:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor landscapes to contribute to informed decision-making.

Requirements:
