Job Description:

  • Administration and troubleshooting of Pharmalink HO Data center issues include (servers, firewall, routers, switches, storage, wireless, access points, Hyper V and VM ware).
  • Providing level 2 support in all hardware and infrastructure services and level 1 support in software to all Pharmalink office users and Medicina Pharmacies which includes (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, IP Phones, Door Access, CCTV, FP Machines, iPads and Applications).
  • Continuous monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
  • Providing technical support to all user across the business.
  • Responding and resolving the support requests and service tickets in a timely manner.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Design and implement new pharmacy IT infrastructure including purchase.
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
Min. 3 years experience in similar role in UAE.


Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Windows software, including Server, Office, and Exchange, Software Technologies, SharePoint, Active Directory etc.
  • Microsoft servers, Hyper V, VM ware, Windows, CUCM, Office suits, Firewalls, Cisco.
  • Certifications : CCNA, MCITP, CSA, ITIL.

Job Location:
Position is for Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Driving license:
Preferably having UAE driving license.
