Description

Main Duties.

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts, overseeing contract renewal, monthly billing and outstanding payments owed to ATSS.
  • Achieve assigned Accounts Receivable targets by effectively managing client accounts.
  • Identify and resolve disputes through discussions with clients, ensuring prompt documentation and resolution in accordance with ATSS policies.
  • Secure positive outcomes from client interactions, obtaining payment commitments and addressing barriers to customer payments.
  • Maintain systematic and timely followup on customer contract renewal, billing, and payment promises using online customer logs and administrative tools.
  • Prepare professional and timely correspondence to both external and internal customers.
  • Understand contract documents and terms of obligations to achieve assigned financial targets.
  • Provide support to the Collections Services / Legal Counsel Team as needed.

Skills and Qualification:


  • Previous experience in contracts management, billing and collections is required.
  • University degree or equivalent business experience, along with Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients under challenging circumstances.
  • Highly motivated, selfstarter who can work collaboratively in a team or independently.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain organization and be responsive to changing priorities.
  • Customerfocused mindset with superior attention to detail.
  • Strong telephone etiquette, organizational skills and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in highpressure situations.
