- Provide guests with thorough andknowledgeable range of spa treatments using professional drapingtechniques.
- Escort all guests to changingrooms, retail/relaxation area or nextappointment.
- Greet all arriving and departingguests in treatment areas by name.
- Receive andrespond to all guests concerns, comments or complaints withdiscretion and urgency.
- Advise all incomingguests of treatment procedures, special instructions and billinginformation.
- Communicate guest requestpreferences to relevant departments andco-workers.
- Provide respect, sensitivity andconcern for guests needs with a professional and pleasantmanner.
- Maintain positive guest relations atall times, including in-house, external, residents and telephoneenquiries.
- Accommodate VIP guestpreferences.
- Practice professionalism in everysituation with management, guests and employees, treating eachperson with respect and integrity.
- Maintain theconfidentiality policy for all guests andemployees.
- Maintain guest historyfiles.
