- Develop and implement of bidding & proposal management policy & procedures.
- Support Business Development and PMO departments to develop business development approaches, with respect to prebidding and proposal positioning where appropriate.
- Coordinate with Business Development and PMO department personnel to analyze the scope and specifications for products and services as specified in RFP/ RFI/RFQ received from customers and develop a bidding and proposal development plan whilst ensuring value addition through identifying winning themes, discriminators and competitive positioning.
- Perform risk assessments and accordingly support EARTH management to decide whether to bid in order to safeguard EARTH's commercial interest and reputation.
- Manage the tracking of risk throughout the tender process, highlighting areas of concern with Director

- Manage and communicate to the bid team all bidrelated interactions through the relevant client portal, including document management, messages and submission of completed responses.
- Manage the scheduling and delivering bid team meetings (kick off, storyboarding sessions, key reviews, governance/sign off etc.).

- Ensure the winning strategy and win themes are articulated effectively throughout the bid response, showing excellent appreciation of what the client needs.
- Manage the development of proposals for local, state, federal and international enterprise customers/suppliers based on key specifications and requirements.
- Ensure adherence of team to EARTH proposal templates and finalize articulation of template to match with the requirements of the customers.
- Manage the coordination Business Development, PMO and Finance Departments for contractual requirements and develop an outline for proposals.
- Manage the preparation of proposals as required and endorsements from Business Development, PMO and Finance Department personnel.
- Finalize customer financial terms and conditions are included in proposals and vice versa and notify any changes to all the concerned parties.
- Manage the issuance of proposal memos and ensure that it is communicated to concerned parties for endorsement.
- Ensure that signed proposals are communicated to all relevant parties and issued to customer as per the proposal delivery schedule.
- Maintain an accurate timeline of all bidding and proposal management activities whilst resolving all discrepancies to ensure that bidding and proposal management events and their deadlines are met.
- Finalize and ensure the delivery of weekly bidding and proposal management status reports to EARTH management.
- Ensure the maintenance of administrative record for proposal development activities including updating proposal register.
