Kangaroo Kids Nursery is an established nursery in Al Safa 2, Dubai, caring for families for over 17 years.

We pride ourselves on our talented and passionate team of early educators and nurses and we are now looking for a Nursery Deputy Principal to join our happy team.

Responsibilities:


  • Attracting potential parents to the nursery is a vital element of everyone's role in the nursery and as one of the first points of contact in the reception and on the phones, this is especially important.
  • Responsible for enrollments, scheduled and admissions
  • To be one of the first points of contact for existing and potential new parents
  • Conduct tours as needed and be a key figure during open days when possible.
  • Responsible for all payment collection from parents and all new registrations.
  • Supervising attendance of children and staff
  • Allocate staff timings, transport, breaks as needed for the nursery team.
  • Reviewing and adding new policies to manual
  • Support Nursery Principal with all tasks and requests delegated
  • Proven customer service experience in the UAE
Previous experience at a school/nursery in Dubai is a bonus

  • Degree in relevant field or CACHE
  • People skills to create a warm, family welcome to the nursery
  • Excellent organization, timemanagement and teamwork skills
  • Ability to connect and support parents and our team of staff
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Efficient and organised
  • Able to follow policies and procedures, meeting all government criteria and legislation
  • A highly articulate communicator with excellent written English skills

Working hours and salary:


  • Working hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Salary range: 10,00012,000 dhs per month (depends on experience and qualifications)
  • Expected start date: Immediate start

Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month
