Job Description:

Evolve Aquatics, a premier private swimming club based in Dubai, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team on an 8-month contract basis.

As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting our club memberships and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Showcase the benefits and features of Evolve Aquatics' membership packages and services to prospective clients.
• Understand the needs and preferences of potential members, providing tailored solutions and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Negotiate membership terms and close deals in alignment with sales targets and objectives.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with club members, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with Evolve Aquatics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and membership transactions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and enhance the member experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within the sports or fitness industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to sales and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools to track leads and manage member relationships.
• Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and work schedules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
