POSITION:
Retail Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients.
- Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, to establish value and product fit.
- Followup with existing database of prospects to close deals
- Identify and qualify new revenue generating sales opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams
- Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of Technical Sales experience (B2C).
- Having strong knowledge in construction industry would be an advantage.
- Should be a Native Arab (Syrian, Lebanese or Palestinians only).
- 3 plus years experience in a sales or business development role with construction company.
- Ability to prove sales performance within the UAE market.
Skills:
Negotiation, Need/value identification, Self-motivation, Relationship-building, Market Knowledge, Brand building.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are essential.
Salary Budget:
No of positions available: 3 (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah)
Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
