POSITION:
Retail Sales Specialist


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients.
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, to establish value and product fit.
  • Followup with existing database of prospects to close deals
  • Identify and qualify new revenue generating sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams
  • Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business.

Qualification and Experience:


  • Minimum 3 years of Technical Sales experience (B2C).
  • Having strong knowledge in construction industry would be an advantage.
  • Should be a Native Arab (Syrian, Lebanese or Palestinians only).
  • 3 plus years experience in a sales or business development role with construction company.
  • Ability to prove sales performance within the UAE market.

Skills:
Negotiation, Need/value identification, Self-motivation, Relationship-building, Market Knowledge, Brand building.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are essential.


Salary Budget:

No of positions available: 3 (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah)


Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
