    Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sponsorship and partnership revenue for our events and exhibitions. Identify and prospect potential sponsors and partners through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and exhibitors to ensure satisfaction and retention. Negotiate sponsorship and partnership agreements to maximize revenue and benefits for both parties. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to promote sponsorship opportunities. Provide excellent customer service to sponsors, partners, and exhibitors, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.

    Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sponsorship and partnership initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

    Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing within the events and exhibitions industry, with a focus on sponsorships and partnerships. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as required for events and meetings.#J-18808-Ljbffr
