Stantec is seeking atalented and motivated site professional to advance ourarchitectural practice.

Keyresponsibilities:

• Monitoring theinterior architectural works for conformance with the provisions ofthe contract documents and the procedures manual.
• Reviewing approving and processingall architectural technical submittals.
• Prepare preliminary answers RFIs related toarchitectural works.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of allarchitectural activities and operations related architectural scopeof work.
• Review andinspection of materials and suppliers to ensure requiredstandards.
• ReviewingContractors claims related to architectural works and preparingtechnical recommendations for claims to Senior Architect orArchitectural Project Manager
• Reviewing the contractors project record documentsrelevant to their discipline.
• Coordinates and assists with the inspection of completedworks and assist with the handover of the building and other partsof the scope of works.
• Prepare Signoff package for completed architectural worksor sections of works with completed documentation for signoff bySenior Architect or Architectural Project Manager.
• Perform all other duties given byArchitectural Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of general experience with 3 years in theUAE experience.
• Bachelors degree in Architecture.
• Strong technical knowledge in interior detailsand site.
• Design Skills(Autocad Revit)
• Legalknowledge (Authorities) Team Skills
• Buildings and constructionknowledge
• Strongknowledge of all interior material and interface details
• Strong knowledge inaccommodating/coordinating medical equipmentsrequirements.
• Goodknowledge of the building code and hospital guidelines.
• Knowledge/experience in AUTOCAD
• Excellent oral andwritten communication skills.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office business solution(excel word).
• Abilityto review and comment properly on necessarydocumentation.
• Excellent understanding of specifications and Authorityrequirements.
• Completeproject understanding in given discipline from start to handover.Good team player proactive thinker systemic and organizedinnovative & problem solving.
• Efficient in time and taskmanagement.
